Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes, there are several sets of coloring pages available to purchase to download and print at home.

We do not offer our full coloring books as a digital download.

Do you have a mail club?

Yes, I have a mail club through Patreon where I send physical goodies like stickers, prints, and coloring pages by mail every single month.

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

To help keep shipping cost low, I am currently offering USPS First Class letter mail (no tracking) for both US and International orders for SMALL STICKER & PRINT ORDERS ONLY. These orders are sent in untracked stamped envelopes.

Tracking is available for orders containing larger items such as washi tapes, pins, and coloring books, etc. These orders are sent in padded/rigid mailers.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. It will be automatically calculated at check out.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, please be aware of the following expected delivery times:

  • For Domestic US orders: 1-2 weeks delivery
  • For International orders: 2-4 weeks delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays).

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, I ship everywhere in the US, Canada, and Australia.

Will I need to pay import taxes?

International customers will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
